Olympus CX43 Fluorescence (E07MIS0052)

Comfortable, High-Throughput Routine Microscopy

The CX43 microscope enable users to remain comfortable during long periods of routine microscopy observations. The microscope frame conforms to the user’s hands and the location of the control knobs maximize ergonomics to improve work efficiency. Users can quickly set a specimen with one hand, while adjusting the focus and operating the stage with the other hand with minimal movement. The microscope also features an optional camera port for digital imaging.

Upright fluorescence microscope set for transmitted and reflected light observations

  • low-positioned quintuple nosepiece
  • mechanical stage (211 x 154 mm, travelling range 76 x 52 mm) with right handle, low drive control, stage lock pin and specimen holder for one slide
  • Abbe condenser, NA 1.25
  • 7 position turret: BF(4X - 100X), 2X, DF, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3, FL with shutter
  • Coaxial/fine focus, complete stroke 15 mm, fine stroke 300 µm/rotation, graduation 2.5 μm
  • Reflected fluorescence illuminator with built-in LED light source for blue excitation (470 nm) and manual light intensity control
  • trinocular tube with two widefield eyepieces for FN20
