The Bresser Erudit positions itself as a high-quality and good equipped microscope for studies, school and hobby use.
Like the biological microscopes of the Biolux-range do, this model contains the -Barlow zoom system : An auxiliary lense in the tube that can be pulled out and which allows a continous variation of magnification by a factor up to 1.6 during visual observation. Together with 3 objectives and 2 changeable wide field eyepieces one gets a total magnification range from 20x to 1536x. An over-dimensioned focusing wheel provides sharp adjusted pictures. The accessories contain a mechanical desk (for exact positioning of the sample particularly at magnifications over 400x), a dustcover, a power supply, 5 prepared slides as well as 5 blank slides with covering glasses, to make your own preparations. You can observe the samples on your PC monitor with the BRESSER MicrOcular (320 x 240 pixels; with adaptor), which is included. The software enables you to save and replay your microscope observations.

A rechargeable battery, that is integrated in the solid microscope base, and the aluminium accessory box, which is unique for this model, enable the Erudit MO also to function in mobile use.
