Nature watch in comfort
The two eyepieces provided give superb views at 25x magnification. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted to your particular requirements. Precise focusing can be achieved via the individual helical focusers, simply turn each focuser until objects appear pin-sharp.
The 45° viewing angle is a definite advantage, allowing you to observe in comfort for much longer periods. Your head is held at a much more relaxed attitude resulting in very comfortable observing.
Optics in a class of their own
The design of the optics provides excellent image quality and high contrast, both of which are immediately obvious. The lens system employs a triplet objective lens design, leading to particularly good image quality. This type of optical design is also known as 'semi apochromat'. All optical surfaces have been given a broad-band a multi-coating. Virtually all of the image distortions seen with less sophisticated binoculars have hence been eliminated. Generously dimensioned BAK4 prisms provide an optimal illumination of the wide field of view.
