Information regarding pre-Christmas deliveries

The following explains how you can still receive your Christmas shopping before the Christmas holiday starts.

In most European countries

Especially UK, France, Spain (mainland), Italy and others the following apply:

You can order articles indicated "usually ready for shipping in 24 h" until Tuesday, 17th Dec. We will then promptly dispatch the goods for delivery before Christmas.

You can order articles indicated "usually ready for shipping in 24 h"
until 12pm on Monday 23rd Dec. by selecting ‘DHL Express’ as the mode of shipment. We will then promptly dispatch the goods for express delivery on 24rd Dec. Please note that some remote regions are excluded from this service.

You can order articles indicated "usually ready for shipping in 3-5 days" but we will need to receive your order by Sunday 8th Dec. Articles indicated as "usually ready for shipping in 1-2 weeks" by Monday 2nd Dec. at the latest. In some cases we will also be able to deliver later orders in time for Christmas – contact our Customer Service for information.

Articles with other delivery times will usually not be delivered before Christmas. For individual cases, please inquire at our Customer Service department.

Please note the following information:

For payment via "Cash before delivery ", you must allow at least two days for the financial transfer to take place – we can only dispatch your order after receipt of payment.
We cannot guarantee punctual delivery in individual cases as we have no influence on the selected delivery service after dispatch and simply have to rely on them.
We are also dependent on availability and prompt service from our suppliers for articles which are not in stock. We will of course immediately inform you of any delays involved.
