The G3-16200 CCD cameras from Moravian offer very good performance on almost all amateur telescopes for astrophotography. With a diameter of 35 mm, the camera can still be used with stable 2" focusers and appropriate correctors. The resolution of 16MPx and 6-µm pixels allows fine object details to be captured with a large field of view. The G3-16200 is the ultimate camera for virtually all amateur telescopes.
The G3-16200 camera comes standard with a M68x1 (ZEISS Level) connection on the telescope side. The distance from the M68 internal thread to the camera sensor is 30.5 mm.
Use with external filter wheel: We recommend the filter wheels CCD-EFW-3S-7 (7* 2", 7* 50 mm, 7* 50.8 mm), CCD-EFW-3L-7 (7* 50x50 mm) and CCD-EFW-3L-9 (9* 2", 9* 50 mm, 9* 50.8 mm) - all currently unavailable in our shop, please enquire. The filter wheel is screwed directly onto the camera. The working distance is now 33.5 mm + 14 mm from the M68x1 adaptor.
