Why should you only use your telescope for astronomy? You can make your telescope more versatile and be able to watch the beauty of nature using an Amici prism. A telescopic basically stands objects on their heads, but an erect image is necessary for nature watching.

The Skywatcher 2" Amici prism gives a non-inverted and non-reversed image, much like a pair of binoculars. It can be used on a refractor, Schmidt-Cassegrain or Maksutov telescope. The 45° angle means that viewing is always optimal, with a comfortable posture.

The built-in 2" barrel allows it to be used in a wide variety of telescopes. Simply insert the prism and it is ready to use.

Suitable for all astronomical eyepieces from our product range: there is a 2" socket and a 1.25" reducer on eyepiece side. The elegant CNC-manufactured housing guarantees you many years of enjoyment with this high quality product from the house of Skywatcher.
