This tripod is ideal for use with the ZWO Smart Telescope AP 30/160 Seestar S30 Pro. With a suitable panhead, it can even be used for equatorial operation of the Seestar.

The Smart Telescopes from ZWO are equipped with a compact azimuth mount. However, the telescopes can also be operated in parallactic mode. To do this, the telescopes must be tilted so that the azimuth axis is parallel to the Earth's axis of rotation. This sounds complicated, but it is very easy to achieve with this accessory and the app. The advantage: you can use your Seestar telescope for longer exposure times and capture even fainter objects.
