The tripod Report 412 is equipped with module insert 1. This module insert is suitable for mounting heavy instruments. These are placed on top and locked in place from below with the star knob.
The support surface has a diameter of 60 mm and is equipped with a spring-loaded 1/4" or 3/8" mounting screw.
The shelf (37 cm) included in the scope of delivery not only serves as a storage option but also increases stability. The tripod is supplied with a spreader lock/spider, onto which the shelf is placed and screwed.
The lightweight head made from magnesium also serves as the module base for 14 different inserts. The module insert can be changed at any time using a special key (included with delivery of the interchangeable module). The cone fixing ensures a form-fitting, play-free connection between the components.
The Report Astro tripods are supplied withoutthe " " stop system used on Report photo tripods to set the spread angle at approx. 20°, 40°, 60°, 80° and 100° using a wing lock.
