This foldable, double-sided diamond sharpener with a sharpening surface measuring 9 x 2.3 cm comes from sharpening specialist Lansky. One side has a coarse (red) grain for sharpening blunt and broken blades. The other side has a fine (blue) grain, which is ideal for resharpening intact blades. The plastic handles are equipped with rubber inserts and fold around the sharpener for transport.
