Leofoto AM-8 Modular Articulated Arm System
With the AM-8, the product developers at Leofoto have probably developed the world's first modular articulated arm system.

A modular system consisting of a total of 14 different modules that you can combine to find the perfect solution for your needs. We will introduce the individual components to you shortly.

The AM-8-2 short articulated arm has a length of 90 mm and weighs only 30 grams. There is a ball joint with 3/8" threads at both ends. These can be reduced to 1/4" using the thread reducers supplied. The arm itself has 1x 3/8" and 2x 1/4" threaded holes for attaching additional accessories.

For an easy introduction to this modular system, we recommend the AM-8 kit consisting of the AM-8 main body and the AM-8-13 and AM-8-14 components.

Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
