CONCEPT ONE OH2.5 - Ballhead
The CONCEPT ONE OH 2.5 hybrid ball head is primarily aimed at users who are looking for a stable and precise ball head for photography. Unlike the CONCEPT ONE OH2.5V model, the CONCEPT ONE OH2.5 does not have a hybrid function as standard. However, this can be quickly and easily retrofitted using the CONCEPT ONE OXC301 video conversion kit.

Like all CONCEPT ONE hybrid ballheads, the CONCEPT ONE OH2.5 is made entirely of aluminium and coated with an abrasion-resistant powder coating to protect it from environmental influences and scratches. The OH2.5 also features a misalignment-free ball clamp – a so-called equatorial clamp. Locking the ball around its circumference prevents unwanted adjustment of the viewfinder frame when clamping the ballhead. The CONCEPT ONE OXC quick-release camera mounting system, made entirely of aluminium and compatible with UniQ/Arca, ensures quick and secure attachment of the camera to the hybrid ballhead. The CONCEPT ONE OH2.5 model comes standard with the 35 mm long SK camera plate and is particularly suitable for lightweight DSLR, CSC and video cameras.
Owners of CONCEPT ONE tripods have the option of attaching the CONCEPT ONE OH2.5 directly to the centre column using a 3/8 inch mounting screw. This prevents the tripod head from accidentally twisting and ensures greater safety when working. To mount the hybrid ball head on tripods from all common manufacturers, the connection screw can be turned back into the ball head housing and secured using a 3/8 inch connection thread.
