CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 - Ballhead
The CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 hybrid ballhead is primarily aimed at users who are looking for a stable and precise ballhead for photography. Unlike the CONCEPT ONE OH4.5V model, the CONCEPT ONE OH 4.5 does not have a hybrid function as standard. However, this can be quickly and easily retrofitted using the CONCEPT ONE OXC301 video conversion kit.

Like all CONCEPT ONE hybrid ballheads, the CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 is made entirely of aluminium and coated with an abrasion-resistant powder coating to protect it from environmental influences and scratches. The OH4.5 also features a misalignment-free ball clamp – a so-called equatorial clamp. Locking the ball around its circumference prevents unwanted adjustment of the viewfinder frame when clamping the ballhead. For safe working, especially with heavy, fast lenses, and for smooth video pans, the CONCEPT ONE OH4.5V has a stepless friction adjustment of the ball. The CONCEPT ONE OXC camera quick-release system, made entirely of aluminium and compatible with UniQ/Arca, ensures quick and secure attachment of the camera to the hybrid ballhead. The CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 model comes standard with the 90 mm long SK camera plate and is particularly suitable for medium and large DSLR and video cameras.
Owners of CONCEPT ONE tripods have the option of attaching the CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 directly to the centre column using a 3/8 inch mounting screw. This prevents the tripod head from accidentally turning and ensures greater safety when working. To mount the hybrid ballhead on tripods from all common manufacturers, the connection screw can be turned back into the ballhead housing and secured using a 3/8 inch connection thread.
The CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 hybrid ball head is a stable partner for fascinating photo shots. It can be quickly and easily converted to the OH4.5V using the CONCEPT ONE OXC301 video conversion kit and thus used as a ball head and 2-way head.
