The LH-47 ballhead has a load capacity of 22 kilograms. This is achieved by the large ball diameter of 47 millimetres, which is manufactured with a tolerance of 0.01 millimetres. This allows the ballhead to move even heavy loads easily and clamp them securely. The ballhead itself weighs only 625 grams.

The base diameter of the ballhead is 62 millimetres, and it connects to the tripod via a 3/8-inch photo thread.

The ballhead is equipped with an Arca-Swiss standard clamp and a quick release plate.
