After 20 years of MagicBall, we are finally letting it go!
The NOVOFLEX MagicBall has revolutionised the world of tripod heads with its extraordinary design. After 20 successful years, it is now time to develop it further. Thanks to the new upside-down housing, photographers can achieve an enormous adjustment range of almost 240° via the ball.
The camera can be swivelled from landscape to portrait format at any time without a perfectly aligned tripod. The highlight, however, is the ball, which is detached from the base housing and provides support in all conceivable shooting situations.
The MagicBall Free consists of:
- MagicBall Free ball
- MagicBall Free housing
Of course, the new MagicBall Free can also be used in a classic setup. The MagicBall Free housing has a 3/8" tripod connection. A 1/4" internal thread is included. The camera screw in the MagicBall Free ball can be turned and unscrewed. On one side there is a 1/4" camera thread, on the other side a 3/8" thread as found on heavy medium format cameras or heavy lenses.
Alternatively, there is also the MagicBall Free Set. This also includes a support foot and the MagicBall Free shell. Use the new MagicBall Free ball as a chest support or as a camera support when filming and photographing.
