The optics: The telescope in a brass tube with classic 60 mm lens optics not only looks attractive, but is also suitable for astronomical observations of the sky and terrestrial objects. The Plössl eyepiece provides 28x magnification. Focusing is achieved via a rack and pinion mechanism.
For a more comfortable view of high objects, the telescope is equipped with an Amici prism with a 45° viewing angle. The additional finder scope also makes operation more convenient.
Mount and tripod: The classic brass azimuth mount allows for elevation and horizontal rotation. It is mounted on a medium-weight mahogany tripod. The tripod is equipped with brass struts and a shelf plate to prevent it from spreading.
