Leofoto Camera Cages are designed specifically for cameras. This ensures that you have access to the battery compartment, memory card or connections at all times during shooting.
The slim rig cage surrounds the entire camera and provides a perfect connection to the camera. You attach the camera with the UNC ¼-inch screw thread. The shape also serves as a twist lock.
Numerous threaded holes allow you to attach additional accessories such as side handles, a top handle, lights, microphones, etc. The integrated cold shoe also allows you to attach lights or control monitors.
This item is specifically designed for the Canon EOS R8 camera model.
Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
