Ito works but it came with issue

About a week ago i recived it, delivery was fast. But it came with factory defect,and i didnt had time for returning it. It couldnt do much rotation and motor would stall. though after untightening the bottom gear mesh hex problem was fixed . aditionaly it did had some software bug that was fixed by facotry reset where after few photos it just stopped tracking properly.
Now im doing even up to 2min of exposure at 250mm . 3min does show slight trailing.
some design flaws: the iluminator aint just easy to loose and tough to use, it also cannot be turned off .idea is that you break contacts with battery but you can easily loose the cap, the battery and polarscope caps are also quite easy to come off. the wedge has limited horizontal movement meaning you need to adjust position with tripod.
polarscope: the manual isnt clear how to properly align polarscope buti found videos on yt to set it up. only downside is that polarscope rotates along with tracker
so you cant fix or check aligment during session
