The Celestron rucksack protects your spotting scope or travel telescope from the elements. The large inner compartment provides enough space for a 80mm spotting scope which is fastened standing upright using two of the four hook-and-loop straps. A second pair of hook-and-loop straps can hold an additional device (this can also be a large camera lens or a thermos flask) without the rucksack being anywhere near reaching its full capacity.
The numerous external pockets provide enough space to safely and conveniently store all kinds of accessories - from cleaning tools, eyepieces and adapters through to small binoculars. Overlapping fabric flaps protect the sturdy zips from rain water. The quick-release straps on the bottom can hold a tripod or an sleeping mat (or both...). The internal net pocket offers sufficient storage space for papers, books, your phone or tablet. Additional bags can be attached to the outside using the front PALS straps, if desired.
The adjustable padded shoulder straps allow you to effortlessly carry heavy loads over long distances and the adjustable quick-release waist strap can almost completely bear the full load carried by the shoulder straps. So you can also carry heavy devices on your hips without putting stress on your upper body. All accessory belts are quick-release, can be adjusted in a single hand movement and, therefore, optimally distribute the weight.
