PrimaLuceLab's engineers have designed the EAGLE5 as an "all-in-one" solution for any telescope. When all data and power cables are connected to the EAGLE, the telescope can move freely and offers optimal cable management without the risk of cable tension. All you need is a power supply via battery or power pack.
Don't let anyone else decide which instrument you can use for astrophotography, because you are the observatory director! By using a powerful Windows 10 Enterprise computer (which is 100% compatible with all software and drivers for Windows 10 64-bit), the EAGLE will work seamlessly with all your instruments (which of course have Windows 10 64-bit drivers) and Windows 10 software. The Windows 10 Enterprise operating system is less complex and more reliable than the traditional Windows 10 Home or other OEM versions that come pre-installed on computers with useless or annoying software. The built-in SSD hard drive (faster and more durable than normal HDD hard drives) allows you to store the recorded data directly on the EAGLE. Alternatively, a USB 3.0 flash drive can be connected to one of the high-speed USB 3.0 ports.

Thanks to the innovative PLUS housing, you can mount the EAGLE on telescopes of all types: refractors, Schmidt-Cassegrains, Ritchey-Chrétiens, Newtons and more. With the numerous threaded holes on the EAGLE's housing and the availability of various PLUS system extensions (tube clamps, prism rails, prism brackets), it is easy to attach the EAGLE securely to your telescope setup. Compared to a normal laptop, you will have significantly fewer cables of shorter length that move with the telescope (this reduces the risk of cable tension or plugs falling out while the telescope is panning across the sky). The EAGLE is characterised by low power consumption, which significantly reduces the battery capacity required for the entire night. All electronic components are designed to operate in the field over an extended temperature range. This means you can rely on the EAGLE all night long, even in high humidity, as the waste heat from the computer provides just enough heat to prevent condensation on the housing or the EYE sensor.
