The powerful Levenhuk ERGO 40 Digital Magnifier with a switchable measurement mode is an indispensable tool for professionals involved in precision equipment inspection, gemstone identification, and industrial sample evaluation. It is intended for scientific and professional use in jewelry making, microelectronics, gemology, and restoration as well as other fields where high precision and detail are required. The device is also useful in everyday life and is perfect for reading, hobbies, and handicrafts.
Large 4" color display
The large and bright 4" display allows you to distinguish the fine details: the structure of metals, surface texture, or inclusions in gemstones. Thanks to the combination of optical magnification and digital zoom, the magnifier allows you to examine objects with a magnification of up to 17x. Four magnification levels are available: 6x, 10x, 13x, and 17x.
Switchable scale and grid overlay modes allow you to quickly align parts and evaluate their dimensions without using additional tools. You can change the magnification in real time depending on the task at hand, and the scale division value will also change: 0.5mm at 6x as well as 0.1mm at 10/13/17x. Adjustable illumination with 4 white LEDs ensures perfect lighting.
Reliability and functionality
The magnifier takes photos and records videos to a microSD card (cards up to 128GB are supported). Data can be transferred to a PC using a USB Type-C cable. The device features a date stamping function for easy file organization.
The device is powered by a built-in high-capacity battery, allowing for up to 3 hours of use without recharging. The auto-off feature saves battery power by activating once the device is idle for 10 minutes. The housing is made of durable ABS plastic and reliably protects internal components from damage.
Thanks to the ergonomic handle, the Levenhuk ERGO 40 model is comfortable to hold. Alternatively, it can be placed on its legs and used as a tabletop device.
