The MEP-38W eyepiece offers optimum image quality and an extremely large field of view. It has been specially developed for Monarch ED fieldscopes.
It corrects image field curvature and astigmatism, ensuring consistently high resolution right to the edge of the image. The apparent field of view is exceptionally large at 66.4°. The large exit pupil distance ensures a clear field of view even for eyeglass wearers. When mounted on a MONARCH 82 Series spotting scope, the magnification is 38x; when mounted on a MONARCH 60 Series spotting scope, the magnification is 30x.
