This camera adaptor is used to connect a ZWO ASI camera to the HyperStar lenses for C8 telescopes, also in combination with the Starizona filter wheel.

The adapter fits the HyperStar lenses for C8 telescopes (Celestron). The other end has an M42 T-thread, to which the corresponding ZWO camera model can be connected.
