DDoptics Tactical Spotting Scope: MilSpec FFP with mildot-compatible reticle
Thanks to its new mirror-lens system, the newly developed MilSpec FFP compact spotting scope is around 22 percent shorter than the spotting scopes in the Pirschler series. The reticle is used to determine distance and allows the spotter to make more accurate corrections.
Short and compact design
Thanks to its new mirror lens system, our new MilSpec FFP tripod is around 22 percent shorter than the spotting scopes in the Pirschler series. The wide-angle eyepiece is continuously adjustable from 12x to 36x magnification. The straight eye relief ensures quick readiness for use.
The housing is made of high-strength duralumin and is resistant to all environmental influences. The spotting scope is both dustproof and waterproof. The nitrogen filling protects the interior from corrosion and fogging.
First focal plane reticle
The MilSpec FFP was developed especially for sport shooters and law enforcement. The MilDot reticle in the first image plane enables reliable target acquisition as well as distance estimation and orientation in the field. The reticle has a precise 0.5 mrad division and is therefore also compatible with our tactical riflescopes.
