The advanced lens system of these new spotting scopes sets new standards for colour brilliance, contrast and brightness right to the outer edges.
KOWA "Prominar" spotting scopes with XD (extremely low dispersion) lenses eliminate chromatic aberrations, resulting in a dramatic improvement in resolution and contrast. The magnesium body offers maximum durability with minimum weight, while the internal focusing system allows for a compact design with a large objective lens.
Further technical features:
- All lenses are made from environmentally friendly ECO glass
- The internal focusing system reduces image movement.
- Dual focusing system with 2 focusing wheels: the larger focusing wheel for quick focusing: the entire focus range from 5 m to infinity is covered with 2 turns, the smaller focusing wheel for fine focusing, especially at higher magnifications, makes it easier to focus precisely.
- The eyepieces are protected against falling out or loss by a locking system.
- Both the spotting scopes and the eyepieces are waterproof and filled with dry nitrogen to prevent fogging.
