'Dob dolly' for Dobsonian telescopes

This base with soft rubber wheels is ideal if you want to move the telescope on a flat, smooth surface, for example on a terrace or out of a garage onto the paved forecourt. You then do not need to take the Dobson off the base. Simply turn the three supports down and the telescope will stand stably. If you use a small spirit level from a hardware store, you can also set it up perfectly level with the three adjustable supports.

This rolling base fits Orion Dobson telescopes with 4.5", 6", 8" and 10" apertures (equivalent to 114, 152, 203 and 254 millimetres).
