PENTAX PR EDA spotting scope series incl. PR XL 8-24 eyepiece
The new PR EDA spotting scope series with PR XL 8-24 is designed for ambitious and demanding nature observers – an all-weather, dustproof ensemble with exceptional optics. The ED lenses and coatings ensure a bright, brilliant and high-contrast viewing experience. The 1 1/4" eyepiece connection allows you to use a wide range of astro eyepieces.
The series is available with 80 mm or 65 mm objective lens diameters. The zoom eyepiece supplied magnifies 20-60x on the 80 mm model and 15-45x on the 65 mm model.

- O-ring for the connection between the eyepiece and the spotting scope
- The argon-filled PR EDA magnesium alloy body is waterproof and dustproof, meeting JIS Class 6 standards.
- Unusual in this price category is the consistent continuation of the PENTAX Astro standard 1 ¼" (31.7 mm) eyepiece connection. This means that all eyepieces from the PENTAX XW and XF series can be used.
