OPTIKA Digital Fluorescence Microscope
A state-of-the-art fluorescence microscope that combines brightfield and LED fluorescence observation and is designed for both advanced research applications and demanding laboratory use.
Key features and benefits
- Observation modes: Switchable between brightfield and LED fluorescence for versatile sample analysis.
- Epi-illumination & filter system: Powerful high-performance LED with brightness control and a 4-position filter holder – ready for immediate use without filter sets included in the instrument.
- Eyepieces & tube: Trinocular head, 45° inclined (also 30° on some models such as B-510LD4). Available with image split depending on head position (e.g. 100/0, 50/50, 0/100)
- Adjustable viewing comfort: interpupillary distance adjustable between 50 and 75 mm; diopter correction via the left eyepiece tube. Eyepieces: WF10×/22 mm with high eye relief and rubber eyecups
- Objective turret: Five-position rotating turret on ball bearings for smooth lens changes
- Objectives: IOS LWD U-PLAN F in 10×/0.30; 20×/0.45; 40×/0.65 – all anti-mould treated for increased durability
- Sample holder & precision: Mechanical microscope stage (250 × 290 mm) with glass and metal inserts – suitable for standard slides and 54 mm diameter petri dishes.
- Fine adjustment & protection mechanisms: Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment system with adjustable tension, including stop protection - prevents contact between the objective and the sample.
- Condensers: Large-field LWD (Long Working Distance) condensers, N.A. 0.30 at working distance (W.D.) 72 mm.
- Transmitted light illumination: Optika X-LED8, an exclusive 8 W white LED (6,300 K) with brightness control and aperture iris; 100-240 V AC to 12 V DC external power supply.
- Digital equipment: Integrated Intel micro PC with 15.6" 4K touchscreen, 6 Mpx high-sensitivity colour camera and Optika ProView image analysis software specially designed for fluorescence; plus wireless mouse and keyboard.
