The handle scales of the Hartkopf pocket knife are made of this precious wood and are neatly fitted to the brass plates inside. Polished nickel silver fittings connect the handle scales. The blade in the popular pike shape is made of high-performance 1.4110 stainless steel. A back spring locks the blade in place after opening.
