A three-piece Herbertz hunting pocket knife in a traditional design. The blade and saw are made of high-performance 1.4116 stainless steel with a hardness of 55-57 degrees on the Rockwell scale. A back lock secures the blade in the open position. Carefully selected stag horn is used for the scales. The saw is designed as a combination tool: the tip is shaped as a slotted screwdriver, and there is a bottle opener at the other end. A corkscrew completes the set.

Material information:
This steel grade is a martensitic stainless steel. It contains between 0.45 and 0.55% carbon and between 14 and 15% chromium. Its hardness can be up to 59 HRC Rockwell. The addition of molybdenum and vanadium makes this type of steel very suitable for dishwashers. It is, so to speak, the standard steel used in the Solingen knife industry, especially for kitchen and everyday knives.
Care instructions: Even though this type of steel is dishwasher safe, please check the handle material before putting the knives in the cutlery basket of your dishwasher for easy cleaning!
material information:
Horn material has been used for knife handles for many years. It is particularly popular with hunters. The rough surface ensures a good grip even with gloves or wet hands, without being uncomfortable.
As horn is a natural material, each knife is unique. It is subject to ageing and the appearance may differ from the image!
