A decent budget 2x Barlow for visual observing. For astrophotography it’s poorly suited: the simple two-lens design produces noticeably soft images, and the single thumbscrew without a compression ring doesn’t hold a camera securely or square to the optical axis.

Note: the product description here lists 4 lenses, which is incorrect. According to the manufacturer, it is a two-lens design:
