This tripod from the Report series was specially developed for astronomical applications. It has very good vibration damping, which is particularly important for this area of application.
Unlike the other tripods in the Report series, it does not have a stop system for adjusting the spread angle of the tripod legs, as the spread angle is determined by the mounted spread lock. This lock ensures the necessary stability and is equipped with a practical storage plate.
The tripod is equipped with the 2K module insert. This is a crank column with a diameter of 25 millimetres. The plate of the crank column has a 3/8" photo thread.
