The standard focus on Celestron schmidt-cassegrain telescopes is relatively stiff. Especially when trying to find the optimal focus, it usually turns out to be too imprecise, making the optimal focus position with eyepieces, or in astrophotography with the camera, a test of patience. This often results in using a lower magnification eyepiece, which means that the potential of the telescope is not fully exploited.
This upgrade makes focusing a very simple and relaxed affair. Simply attach the adaptor over the standard focuser of your Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrain.
Please note: On the 925 Edge, the flange for the zenith mirror is thicker. This means that the adaptors can only be used at the very end of the focuser. However, they still function properly.
The material is 3D-printed PETG, which is durable thanks to its UV resistance and dimensional stability (up to 80 °C).
