FDM-04 Dual mount for Spotting scopes and Rangefinders

These holders are designed to mount and align two or more different optics in parallel on a tripod. Typical applications would be, for example:

• Long-range shooters: spotting scope & rangefinders
• Hunters: binoculars & thermal imaging camera
• Birdwatchers: spotting scope and camera
• and

The holder itself can be mounted on any Arca-Swiss clamp. Thanks to various tripod threads, it can also be mounted on any other tripod head.

The Leofoto FDM-04 spotting scope mount consists of the following components:

• BPL-450 long adapter rail
• Ballhead LH-22 with clamp on Arca-Swiss rails
• DDC-38 cross clamp
• Quick release plates PU-25 and NP-60S

It has a maximum width of 450 mm and weighs 690 grams.

Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
