With the Q=BASE, NOVOFLEX introduces a completely new type of fast coupling – not only square, but pleasantly round – suitable for the popular profile change plates. For the first time, Novoflex enables automatic fixing of the inserted change plate with the Q=BASE. The plate is locked manually with an easy-grip adjustment ring.
This successful combination of automatic basic function and manual locking gives the user optimum control over the clamping function. The system is specially designed for NOVOFLEX Q=PLATE quick-release plates, but most other profile plates of a similar type can also be used. However, you will not be able to use the safety pin function, which effectively prevents the plates from slipping out accidentally.
