ambelis® Drive – High-contrast vision during the day and in sunlight
ambelis® Drive glasses reliably protect your eyes from harmful UV radiation and annoying glare – ideal for sunny days and challenging lighting conditions. Contrast vision is significantly improved through the targeted absorption of short-wave, high-energy light. At the same time, colour perception remains natural and pleasant – a real advantage over classic edge filter glasses.
The model is suitable for use in traffic in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12312-1 (not suitable for night driving or limited visibility conditions) and is therefore ideal for everyday use and driving in daylight.
Sophisticated anti-glare design:
The spectacle frame has an extra-deep upper rim and wide temples with integrated side windows that effectively reduce lateral glare. In addition, ventilation slots between the centre section and the temples ensure that the lenses do not fog up – even in changing temperatures.
Available tints:
15% – light tint for changing light conditions
65% – strong sun-shade for everyday use
75% polarised – additionally reduces annoying reflections on water, glass or road surfaces
85% – particularly strong protection in intense sunlight
