It displays high-resolution images on a colourful HD AMOLED display. The high-quality display is frost-resistant and delivers reliable, high-resolution images even at extreme temperatures. It works without interference in temperatures ranging from -25° to +50 °C.
Alpen Optics' Clear+ technology uses special software algorithms to optimise image sharpness and detail reproduction.
High-sensitivity thermal imaging sensor: Even in rain or fog, you can spot deer, wild boar, hares and other animals early on – thanks to the APEX thermal imaging device with a high-resolution NETD <40 mK 384x288 thermal imaging sensor. Keep a reliable overview even in poor lighting conditions and total darkness!
Colour palettes: "White hot" for universal use or "black hot" for use in darkness. To detect temperature differences between objects, use "red hot", "colour mode", "red monochrome" or "yellow hot". The ALPEN Apex thermal imaging device offers a total of 6 colour palettes to choose from.
WiFi function: With the APEX Thermal thermal imaging device, images can be easily saved and shared directly. The internal 16 GB memory offers plenty of space for photos and videos, which can be viewed on the device. You can connect the thermal imaging camera to your Smartphone or tablet via the WiFi function. This allows live images to be viewed by several people.
Picture-in-picture function: With the practical picture-in-picture function, a target can be viewed twice at the same time. The large image provides an overview, while the smaller image brings the target closer with higher magnification.
Replaceable battery: The practical replaceable battery ensures that you always have enough power. It reliably supplies the optical device with power for up to 6 hours. In power-saving mode, the battery can be conserved even further. A second APP-3500 battery and a charger are included in the scope of delivery. This means that you are optimally equipped for 12 hours.
