Leofoto SA rifle tripods
Lightweight and stable carbon tripods are becoming increasingly popular, and not just among photographers and nature observers. Hunters and sport shooters also appreciate the advantages of this material and its portable weight.
That is why Leofoto has developed the SA series, a range of tripods specially designed for shooters. The biggest advantage of these tripods is the combined mount for weapons with a Picatinny rail and for plates with Arca-Swiss standard.
SA-324C Rifle Tripod
This tripod offers a maximum load capacity of 15 kg. It can be adjusted from a position close to the ground at a height of 12.5 cm up to a height of 155 cm. The height can be changed quickly using the twist locks. Thanks to its four segments, it offers an amazingly short pack size of 59 cm.
The tripod legs can be adjusted individually to three different angles: 23°, 55° and 85°. This allows the tripod to be quickly adapted to uneven terrain. The rubber feet can be easily replaced with the spikes supplied.
The MK-40 can support loads of up to 20 kg. The large ball with a diameter of 40 mm can hold heavy camera equipment.
GS-3 Gun Mount
With the GS-3, you can turn your photo tripod into a shooting stick. This very lightweight gun clamp can be clamped into all quick-release couplings with Arca-Swiss standard or screwed onto existing tripod heads using a 3/8" thread.
The contact surfaces are covered with robust rubber, which protects the weapon from damage caused by clamping or recoil. The clamping jaws are adjustable for a stock width of 28-80 mm. The generous clamping surface with a length of 76 mm ensures that your weapon is held securely.
100% carbon
All carbon tripod legs from Leofoto are made of 10-layer carbon material. This promises high stability with low weight and, in addition, high corrosion resistance.
Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
