Photo screw 1/4" hex head 19mm

Normal screws with metric threads are available everywhere in DIY stores or from specialist screw retailers. But what about the much sought-after inch screws? Almost every camera, spotting scope or binocular holder has a 1/4" internal thread, also known as the "small photo thread". This is exactly the thread found on the camera side of tilt heads or ballheads on photo tripods.

With the right inch screw, you can attach your camera directly to prism rails or attachment plates, for example.
