ZEN Module Technical Cleanliness Analysis Software Module for evaluating particulate contamination on prepared samples. The following standards for component cleanliness, oil cleanliness and cleanliness of medical products are supported: VDA 19.1, ISO 16232, ISO 4406, ISO 4407, NAS 1638, SAE AS 4059, VDI 2083 (Sheet 21). The scope of delivery includes preconfigured, automated workflows for supervisors and operators for analysing and evaluating technical cleanliness on individual and multiple samples. Workflows provided (I-V): (I) Automatic workflow for capturing multi-channel images with different polarisation directions in combination with Axiocam 705 pol, primarily for evaluating component cleanliness and assessing the technical cleanliness of medical products. The use of the latest camera sensor technology with on-chip polarisation enables the workflow with a single sample image instead of two images of the entire sample surface using different contrast methods. This results in significant time savings. (II) Automatic workflow with image acquisition of single-channel images primarily for the analysis of oil cleanliness. (III) Automatic workflow for component cleanliness testing with AI-based object classification. Includes trainable, pre-trained models for AI-based analysis of multi-channel images with different polarisation directions. Further training of the pre-trained models included requires the additional ZEN Toolkit AI. (IV) Workflow on a light microscope for correlative technical cleanliness analysis (component cleanliness and oil cleanliness) with automatic and/or manual particle selection for subsequent SEM/EDS analysis in free mode. Requires the ZEN Toolkit Connect. (V) Workflow on a light microscope for correlative technical cleanliness analysis with AI-based object classification. Includes trainable, pre-trained models for AI-based analysis of multi-channel images with different polarisation directions. Supports automatic and/or manual particle selection for subsequent SEM/EDS analysis in open mode. Further training of included pre-trained models requires the ZEN Toolkit AI. Requires the ZEN Toolkit Connect. The workflows include image acquisition, image analysis and image processing; the presentation of results in interactive views for quick inspection and revision of the detected particles; reports for each sample examined with results on parameters and standard-specific methods. Automatic saving of the generated results and inspection views in the data archive. Inspection and export of archived data.
