Two sundial variants make it easy to enter the diverse world of sundials: a classic horizontal sundial and a summer-winter sundial.
Morning and evening, summer and winter
The classic horizontal sundial works with a foldable shadow triangle. It can also show the solar time in the early morning and late evening hours.
The summer-winter sundial is equipped with a double dial that shows the hour on the upper or lower side depending on the season (equatorial sundial).
Both watches are suitable for all Central European latitudes.
For teachers and students
The Sundials II are easy to build and are ideal for use in secondary schools. Like all other astronomy materials, they can also be used for other group and project work on the subject of astronomy and physics.
