A great, sturdy and comfortable backpack
The Viato backpack from KITE makes full use of the space between the tripod legs, providing 15 litres of storage space in this innovative bag/carrying system, with room for everything you need for a long day in nature. The backpack is easy to attach to most tripods using its Velcro fasteners. With or without a spotting scope attached, with the legs extended or pushed together, the Viato is comfortable to carry.
The back and straps of the Viato are padded and equipped with a mesh for good ventilation. The bottom of the waterproof Viato backpack is also heavily padded and protects sensitive equipment such as lenses, cameras and binoculars. But there is really no need to ever put this backpack on the ground. Mounted on a tripod, the Viato backpack provides you with a table-like platform for working. Magnets hold the backpack's bags open, allowing you to change lenses, put down a notebook or take out a bottle of water without ever having to kneel or put your equipment down on wet grass, dusty ground or sand.
The backpack also serves as a weight, increasing the stability of your tripod. This reduces vibration and is particularly useful when taking photographs. The clever design allows the centre column of the tripod to be used normally and the leg angles can be easily raised to their maximum positions. The bag and its zips are completely waterproof, and the Viato also has a retractable rain cover for the instrument mounted on the tripod.
