The condition of the ground underfoot changes relatively frequently on photo tours. It is not uncommon for the standard rubber feet of the Leofoto tripods to be exchanged for the stainless steel spikes (which are also included with the tripods). The latter act like small ice ax, for example, and can also be easily inserted into softer ground formations to create a secure hold. But on rocky ground or other hard, but not completely smooth, ground, the TFC tripod feet are recommended

The TFC Claws are made of rustproof stainless steel. The set consists of 3 pieces.

This set can be attached to all tripod legs that have a 3/8" thread for mounting tripod pads.
