The attachment is designed for use with the NOVOFLEX Castel-L, Castel-Q, Castel-Q, Castel-XQ II or Castel-Mini adjustment slides, as well as the NOVOFLEX bellows units. This copying method is particularly recommended when large quantities of negatives or slides need to be captured quickly with a digital camera. The high quality of today's digital cameras enables first-class results in the shortest possible time and is preferred by many users over scanning. The slide copying attachment can be used with framed KB or MF slides.
The slide copying attachment has been designed so that macro lenses up to 105 mm can also be used without any problems. Please note, however, that macro lenses with focal lengths above 105 mm require the Castel-XQ II adjustment slide.
Why should you choose digital duplicates over scanning?
The higher the resolution of your digital camera, the more detailed the results you will get. Commercially available slide scanners often do not achieve the quality of a digital SLR camera. In addition, the scanning times are often considerably longer than the exposure times with a camera.

It is not possible to duplicate uncut film strips or unframed slides!
