bScope for bright field
Eyepieces
Secured wide-field HWF Plan 10x eyepieces with 20 mm field of view. The eyepiece of monocular models is supplied with a pointer.
HEAD
- The bScope is equipped with a monocular head with a 45° inclined tube (Ø 23.2 mm tubes) or a Siedentopf head, which can be rotated 360° and is equipped with a 30° inclined tube with Ø 23.2 mm.
- Binocular and trinocular models have a dioptre adjustment of ± 5 on the left eyepiece.
- The interpupillary distance is adjustable between 48 and 76 mm.
- The trinocular head comes with a Ø 23.2 mm tube. The tube guarantees maximum flexibility. It has a beam splitter with a fixed light path (20:80) and produces an upright image
- The digital bScope microscopes are equipped with a 5.0 MP 1/2.5 inch CMOS USB 2.0 camera (2592 x 1944 Pixels).
REVOLVER
Inverted 4x or 5x objective revolver
LENSES - 45 MM PARFOCAL
The state-of-the-art production techniques and multi-layer coatings used in the manufacture of bScope lenses enable the bScope to be used for the most demanding applications. World-class spherical aberration correction and modern CNC and assembly technology ensure perfect centring of the objectives
- Bright field models: E-Plan (EPl models), E-plan IOS INFINITY-corrected (EPLi models), Plan IOS INFINITY-corrected (PLi models) 4x/0.10 -10x/0.25 - S40x/0.65 and S100x/1.25 immersion oil lenses. 20x/0.40 and 60x/0.85 lenses are available as options.
All S40x, S60x and S100x immersion oil lenses are spring-loaded. All lenses are anti-fungal treated and AR coated to ensure maximum light transmission.
FOCUS ADJUSTMENT
Double coaxial, low-positioned coarse and fine adjustment knobs with 180 graduations. Accuracy 1.11 µm 200 µm per revolution, total approx. 19 mm. Supplied with adjustable stage lock to prevent damage to the specimen and objective. The coarse adjustment is equipped with friction control.
STAGE
- The bScope has a scratch-resistant 152/197 x 131 mm stage, equipped with an integrated 75 x 36 mm X/Y cross stage without protruding rack, vernier scale, soft-close removable sample holder
- The cross table without protruding rack has no protruding parts, enabling smoother movements and safer use. A low-positioned XY controller prevents errors during intensive, prolonged work sessions. The bScope can also be supplied with a heated stage, which can be adjusted up to 50 degrees Celsius using a PID temperature controller. Only available for newly purchased microscopes
CONDENSER FOR BRIGHT FIELD
The height-adjustable standard Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser for bright field comes with an iris diaphragm and a swing-out filter holder. The condenser is colour-coded. Optionally available: swing-out Abbe condenser (BS.9105).
POLARISATION
The bScope has an integrated slot above the revolver for an optional polarisation filter.
Lighting
The microscopes in the bScope series are equipped with an adjustable illumination system and a 3 W NeoLED for increased light output. Optionally, the microscope can be supplied with 3 rechargeable batteries for cordless operation.
NEOLED™ LIGHTING
The 3 W adjustable Köhler NEOLED transmitted light lighting has an internal 100-240 V power supply, which allows for a wide range of applications. The innovative NeoLED offers larger apertures, allowing the optical system of the bScope microscope to display images at higher resolution. Another advantage of the NeoLED is its low energy consumption, no heating and long service life.
WIRELESS USE
The optional AA batteries transform the microscope into a cordless system.
CSS - CABLE STORAGE SYSTEM
bScope allows the user to easily store the power cable in the back of the device. This prevents excess cable length and creates a safer working environment. Roll up the cable completely for easy storage.
ANTI-THEFT SLOT
There is a Kensington security slot on the back of the microscope that can be used to secure the instrument against theft
CARRYING HANDLE
The integrated carrying handle on the back of the microscope ensures safe transport of the microscope
bScope
Versatile down to the smallest detail!
The well-equipped bScope microscopes are used extensively in research at secondary schools, universities, small laboratories and for veterinary applications. In addition to their excellent ergonomic design, these robust and attractively priced microscopes are available in various configurations with HWF 10x/20 mm eyepieces and lenses for bright field and phase contrast.
An ergonomic and flexible design with ergonomic features such as height-adjustable eyepieces and low knobs on the coaxial knob for the microscope stage, to reduce fatigue during long working sessions. This offers greater comfort for microscope users. The robust and compact size of the bScopes, together with the integrated cable storage system, gives the user more space to work, safer operation and easy storage.
