The fluid video head from Leofoto is a user-friendly tripod head for demanding bird watchers and nature filmmakers. This liquid-dampened video tripod head has a 360 ° rotatable panorama plate. The BV-5 can be combined with any tripod with a 3/8-inch tripod screw. For example, the BV is the ideal tripod head for tripods, such as those with a leveling base. With the control arm you can take smooth pictures or simply follow a moving subject. The BV video tripod head is made of aircraft aluminum and is black anodized to ensure high durability.
The quick release plate is clamped according to the Arca-Swiss standard.
With the Leofoto BV-5L, you release the quick release plate using a clamp lever.
Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
