The modern microscopes of the BioBlue series have been specially developed for education and schools with a focus on ergonomics in accordance with today's quality standards. The eyepieces are secured especially for teaching purposes and the microscope is equipped with an integrated table lock to prevent damage to lenses or specimens. The DIN WF 10x/18 eyepieces offer the ideal field of view. The 45 mm achromatic semi-plan DIN lenses are parfocal on 160 mm DIN tubes. When changing the magnification, the image remains centred so that the specimen is always perfectly illuminated.
APL (Anti-bacterial Protection Layer) is a revolutionary colour treatment for the most critical parts of the products. A microscope with APL significantly reduces the growth of bacteria and mould.
The BioBlue microscopes have a simple stage (120 x 120 mm) or a built-in X-Y cross stage (130 x 130 mm) that can be extended by 70 x 28 mm, enabling 2 μm accuracy when centring the sample.
