iScope® IS.1153-PLi/DFi – Dark field microscope for professional live blood analysis in naturopathy
The iScope® IS.1153-PLi/DFi is a high-performance device specially developed for dark field microscopy, which is particularly used in naturopathy, complementary diagnostics and vital blood analysis. Thanks to its infinite optical system (IOS) plan lenses and two independent LED illumination systems, it offers brilliant image quality with high contrast sharpness.
The integrated cardioid condenser ensures true dark field contrast – ideal for viewing living blood cells and fine structures without staining.
The instrument is equipped with a trinocular head with beam path selector (100:0 / 50:50), enabling flexible use of the eyepiece and phototube – e.g. for live documentation, training or patient presentations. The plan optics deliver a flat, sharp image across the entire field of view.
The precise cross table without protruding rack, the robust mechanics and the integrated iCare sensor (automatic shutdown when inactive) make the iScope® IS.1153-PLi/DFi a reliable, durable working instrument for everyday use in practice.

- iCare sensor The unique iCare sensor was developed to prevent unnecessary energy loss. The microscope's lighting switches off automatically when the microscopist moves away from its position.
