Who wouldn't want to leave their telescope outside without worrying about it, simply to leave it nicely aligned or to avoid having to transport and set it up every evening? This is where Geoptik covers come in handy. They solve the problem.
The Mylar film is tear-resistant and reflects solar radiation. The film protects against heat, dust and moisture. This means you can simply leave your telescope outside during a period of good weather until the next night.
Our expert comment:
Suitable for smaller telescopes of up to about 6 inches in diameter. The dimensions can be found in the technical data.
Tip: Before you attach the protective cover to your telescope you put an old sheet or towel over the telescope. This will absorb any condensation that may develop under the protective cover.
Note: The cover is not suitable for all-year-round outdoor use.
