The zoom eyepiece eliminates the hassle of changing eyepieces. You can easily adjust different focal lengths by turning it. Therefore, it can replace a range of eyepieces.

At the lowest magnification, celestial objects can be located and open star clusters can be viewed. For observation of the moon, planets and planetary nebulae, the magnification can be increased to the ideal value.

The APM Super Zoom Eyepiece is a modern new development for universal use in the daytime and night-time sky.

In addition to excellent contrast and sharp images, the eyepiece impresses with a large field of view of 66°-67°. No refocusing is necessary when changing magnification! The interpupillary distance is also relatively large for a zoom eyepiece and suitable for eyeglass wearers.

All optical components are of course multi-coated and the lens edges are blackened.

The eyepiece has two external threads for connecting Tele Vue Dioptrix or adaptors M43 x 0.75 and M37 x 0.75.

The eyepiece is equipped with a variable sleeve for 1.25" and 2" focusers.
