At 10x magnification, the inner diameter of the ring is 133 mm. The reticle is built into the second image plane, so that changing the magnification changes the distance between the ring of the reticle and the target as desired. The adjustment wheels of the BDC adjustment towers can be returned to the zero position after adjustment in order to react to changes in a controlled manner.
